Kiln Division

Musser’s kiln drying process is second to none.  Experienced kiln operators monitor the lumbers’ condition throughout the entire process.  These operators still use a hands on approach to drying--checking sample boards from each kiln on a daily basis, as well as utilizing state-of-the-art computer systems to monitor the operation of each kiln.

Further, multiple fluted sticks are meticulously placed between each and every layer of lumber to ensure the utmost quality is maintained throughout the kiln drying process.  Once the lumber is "stuck," it is then carefully loaded into one of Musser’s multiple modern kiln drying facilities.
